Labour Day weekend always feels more like the beginning of a New Year (chapter) then the actual New Year’s Eve for me. My conversations of the past week leave me with the impression that this is a similar feeling for most people. My topics have centered around getting back into a routine, dealing with areas it the house that somehow become cluttered and making promises of good eating and exercising.
It is probably due to lack of routine during the summer months coming to an end, buying a new wardrobe for back to school and work along with a noticeable weather change. The trees are hinting they are going to change soon, the morning air has the crisp feeling to it and the evening dew creeps in right at sunset.
This year I am probably feeling it more that past years because of decorating the store for fall and buying some amazing and unique items that people can enjoy while preparing to nest for the next season. Swing by to pick up some of our fresh supply of fall colour themed Rich Hill Candles. I like to think of it as aromatherapy to assist with the adjustment you will be dealing with come Tuesday. All the best with your return to routine and your next chapter! ;)
